Paul Mirabelle
Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director

Paul has led NHC Group Pty Ltd since the inception of the company in 2006 July 2006. Since then the business has extended it presences throughout Australia and has now moved into the New Zealand market. Prior to forming NHC Group Pty Ltd, Paul was CEO of a ASX listed healthcare (radiology) company, Executive Vice President of Telus, a  Canadian telecommunication company and Partner with The Boston Consulting Group. His has leadership experience in business strategy, major structural and organisational change programs, consolidation plays, startup ventures and mergers and acquisitions. Paul holds an MBA and LL.B from the University of Western Ontario in Canada. He is based in Sydney.

Ross Koscharsky, B.Econ, M.Comm, CA
Chief Financial Officer, NHC Group Pty Ltd

Ross joined NHC Group Pty Ltd in August 2008. He has over 15 years experience involving both financial and operational roles. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, working with high-growth companies in the technology, manufacturing and FMCG industries. Prior to NHC Group Pty Ltd Ross was the Group CFO of Geon Group, the trans-tasman visual communications and print group. He holds Bachelor of Economics and Masters in Commerce degrees from Macquarie University and is a Chartered Accountant. Focussed on assisting high growth companies in achieving both expansion and exit strategies, Ross has spent much of his career implementing standardised systems and processes in acquisitive environments as well as managing bank and investor expectations. In the community, Ross has previously been the Treasurer of Telstra Childflight and is currently on the Business Appeals Committee of the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute.

John Pappalardo -
Chief Executive Officer, National Hearing Care

John has led National Hearing Care since July 2006. Since that time, John has steered the company on a significant growth path, taking the business from 39 clinics to over 70 clinics over a two year period. Prior to joining National Hearing Care, John worked for a number of top ASX listed companies spanning industries including, logistics, mail services and building products manufacturing and distribution. He has leadership experience in business strategy, major structural and organisational change programs, startup ventures and mergers. Before joining NHC, John held the position of Commercial Director for Carter Holt Harvey Wood Products Australia and prior to this Chief Operating Officer for the Mail Services businesses of the Ausdoc Group. John holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University in Australia and is based in Melbourne.

James Whitaker
General Manager, National Hearing Care (New Zealand)

James joined NHC NZ in March 2009 and leads the New Zealand team after a successful 11 years with British Airways in London.
He was most recently Worldwide Fleet Manager with responsibility for human resource management, performance improvement and customer service delivery across the worldwide fleet network. In this capacity he had accountability for 3,000 supervisory cabin crew, where the core of his work involved an intense and ongoing commitment to the delivery of outstanding customer service and excellence in service provision.

James is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK.
